Over Christmas Santa is coming to old London Town where I will be donning the famous red suite and running my scheduled capital parkruns with additional rearranged run no Chrismas Eve

Also this Sunday I will also be attending the wonderful 5k Keech Hospice Santa Run at Bedford, really looking forward to this event! Below is last years Santa Run at Wardown Park, Luton taken with some of my parkrun chums that I miss terribly!
For the record this challenge has inspired me to help this great local challenge to the best of my ability! I was lucky to have a guided tour of the wonderful facilities at Keech Hospice, Luton and it was truly a very emotional but heartwarming experience meeting some of the inspirational people who work at Keech!
